Client Service Case Investigator

We currently have a Job Opening for a full-time Case Resolution Agent.

Job Description:

The role of the Case Resolution agent requires a collections minded individual with a customer service background. Working in a blended call center environment, our CRS agents assist callers with information regarding their cases. BCI Case Investigators need to demonstrate sound judgment and excellent customer service capabilities while having the ability to work on
multiple projects simultaneously.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years call center experience in Collections/ Customer Service.
  • Must possess ability to be assertive, not aggressive.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling skills.
  • Must maintain professionalism in speech and written case notes.
  • Must possess problem solving skills and be able to make decisions within the framework of the established guidelines.
  • Multi-tasking and the ability to take and type notes simultaneously while working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Must have good attendance and punctuality.
  • Must have basic knowledge of a call center operations, including phones, 10-key, calculator functions, fax and copy machines.
    • Experience with the judicial system a plus
    • Bilinqual skills a plus
