Financial Services Specialist

The Bracket Division of BounceBack outsources services to Prosecutors, Judges, Probation Offices and Attorney’s to monitor misdemeanor and low
level felony diversion program cases. Our goal is to oversee and monitor the case to assure the defendant fulfills all money and non-money requirements and conditions, including an educational component, within the established diversion term and successfully completes
the diversion program.  We accomplish this by providing information, resources and maintaining contact with the defendants by phone and mail.

We are currently recruiting for a position in our Financial Services Dept.
for a full-time Financial Svs. Specialist

Job Duties:

  • Completes basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Enters A/P, A/R and posts payments.
  • Responsible for a high volume of monthly bank reconciliations (over 100 bank accounts).
  • Runs daily credit card reports, posts transactions and reconciles with bank accounts.
  • Prepares daily bank deposits.
  • Creates and maintains all daily and monthly excel statistical reports.
  • Handles paid victim and write off fee reports.
  • Prepares schools for offenders.
  • Will perform other related duties as required.

Ideal candidate…

  • Min. 4 years  A/R, general office, and office ledgers experience or equivalent education.
  • High proficiency level in Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook, office ledgers and 10key required.
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities on short deadlines.
  • Must be dependable, detail oriented and results driven with solid organizational skills.
  • A “can-do” attitude, a solid work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is very important in this role.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management and employees within multicultural business and professional environments.
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success with increasing and variable responsibilities in financial, clerical and administrative functions.
  • Ability to easily and quickly adjust to change in direction, polices andtimelines.

Hours will be: 8:30 – 5:00 (flexible)
